This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use Raindance AI, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, your account, photo uploads, and video delivery.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, your Google account shares your name, email address, and profile image with us so that we can create and secure your account.
• Photos you upload. We receive the photos you choose and store them long enough to make your video.
• Delivered videos. We keep finished videos for the delivery window so you can watch and download them.
• Payment records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the order status and identifiers we need to deliver your video, never your full card number.
• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we log basic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the service secure and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and secure your account, make the video you ordered, deliver the result, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train our own models.

Sharing with service providers

We share what is necessary with the providers that run the service: Google for sign-in, cloud storage for photos and delivered videos, Stripe for payments, and email or analytics providers. Each of them processes data only for the service they provide to us.

Retention

We keep uploaded photos for up to 30 days after delivery, so we can remake a video if something goes wrong. A delivered video stays available through its private link for 7 days, after which it is removed from storage. You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos, and your account at any time, and we will remove them unless we are required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as light or dark mode. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand aggregate traffic. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, though you will be signed out.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to some processing. Use the contact page or delete your account in settings to exercise these rights. We respond to verified requests within the time required by law.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, tell you in the app.
