Terms of Service

Raindance AI ("we", "us") is a browser tool that turns photos you upload into short, AI-assisted videos inspired by the Raindance trend on TikTok. Every video is made from the photos you upload and delivered by email. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply every time you visit the site, create an account, or buy a video. By using the service you accept them, so please read them first.

1. Who can use Raindance AI

You need an account to order a video, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent where you live). If you use the service for a business or on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

2. Your photos

• You keep every right you already hold in the photos you upload.
• You must have the right to use each photo and the consent of every person who appears in it. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed, and never upload photos of minors.
• We use your photos only to make the video you ordered and to keep the service running. We do not sell your photos, and we do not publish them.
• We delete the original photos within 30 days after your video is delivered, and sooner on request.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, sexual, hateful, violent, or created to impersonate another person.

3. Generated videos

• We do not claim ownership of the videos made from your photos. You may use them for personal or commercial content.
• AI-assisted output is not perfect. Faces, hands, and small details can come out differently from the photos you provided.
• Do not present a video as real footage of a real event, and do not use it to mislead, harass, or defame anyone.

4. Orders, price and delivery

• One video costs the price shown at checkout as a one-time payment. This is not a subscription, and there is no free tier.
• After payment we make your video and email a private link to the address on your account within 24 hours. You open the link with the same account you ordered with.
• The download link stays valid for 7 days. After that the delivered file is removed from storage.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes never apply retroactively to a video you have already bought.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Refunds

If we do not deliver your video within 24 hours of payment, or we cannot deliver it at all, we refund it in full. The details, including what counts as a failed delivery and how to ask for a refund, are in our Refund Policy.

6. Music and rights

Raindance AI is an independent fan tool. We are not affiliated with Dave, Tems, or any record label or rights holder. We do not host, distribute, or sell the original recording.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Delivery depends on our own capacity, so timing can vary, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other people or the service itself.
